Equality and Diversity Statement
At Falcons Pre-Prep Chiswick, we are committed to providing equality of opportunity for all pupils, staff, parents and carers and to providing a working environment that is free from discrimination, prejudice and harassment. We aim to develop a culture of inclusion and diversity in which all those connected to the school feel proud of their identity and ability to participate fully in school life.
The staff at Falcons Pre-Prep Chiswick recognise that inequalities exist in all levels of society and believe that, as educators, we have a crucial role to play in eliminating racism, sexism and all forms of discrimination. We promote equality by dealing with bullying, racial abuse and sexism immediately and by educating the young people in our care without prejudice.
To further support our culture of inclusion and diversity, pupils, teachers and visitors will find our Motivation Tree, centrally located in our school. The Motivation Tree is in place to celebrate diverse motivational people and to enable us, as a community, to discuss and acknowledge everything that each of these different people have taught us.
